Human Capital

What we do

A closer look at this team's weekly work.

Human Capital

We run how someone joins the club and what happens after: recruitment, onboarding, whether members are actually getting something out of being here, and the logistics behind every event.

A real project

Autumn 2026 recruitment & event logistics
Live since August 2026

Human Capital manages candidate experience from application through case study to onboarding, while organising logistics for upcoming corporate networking sessions and company visits.

What does a week look like?
  • A planning meeting sets the priorities for the week: where recruitment stands, which candidates are waiting on us, and what the next event needs.
  • Between meetings the team runs the logistics: booking the room, confirming the company, holding the headcount and making sure an office visit or a case study actually happens.
  • Alongside that, the team tracks how members are finding the club, brings new cohorts through onboarding and keeps the internal channels current.
What does the team ship?
  • A recruitment process and an onboarding path that a new member can follow without asking what happens next.
  • Team-building events, and the satisfaction surveys that say whether any of it is working.
  • The logistics behind every office visit, networking session and case study the club runs.
What would you build first?

You take a real piece of an event that is already happening: the logistics of the next networking session or office visit, or the onboarding of the cohort currently coming in. It is a bounded piece with a date attached, so you learn the process by running part of it rather than by reading about it.

Is this you?

This team suits organised people who are comfortable talking to strangers and chasing an answer. You are dealing with candidates, companies and members at the same time, so communication and follow-through matter more than any finance background. What the work asks for is someone who notices when a detail has been left hanging and picks it up before it becomes a problem.

Which teams are most similar?

While not directly focused on financial research, Human Capital ensures the culture and cohesion of the club. Members actively participate in all events, company visits, networking sessions, and case studies, combining people management with direct access to the investment sector.

vs Marketing
Both teams work across the whole club and coordinate closely during recruitment. Human Capital manages the member experience, candidate journey, and event logistics. Marketing owns the public story, visual identity, and social media campaigns.
Inside every event, not outside them

Human Capital organises the office visits, networking sessions and case studies, which means the team is in the room for all of them. It is the one department that gets the full spread of the club's external access without belonging to any single analytical team.
